Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineering
Location: Mahwah, NJ

Job Description:

This is an individual contributor role that requires sound judgment in applying professional expertise and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The role requires strong knowledge and understanding of the processes, procedures, and systems needed to perform assigned tasks, along with a solid grasp of the underlying concepts and principles. The position requires the ability to make decisions based on established practices and prior experience.

Must Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with Supply Chain experience (healthcare industry background is a plus)
• Ability to read, understand, document, and approve PPAP
• Ability to understand and approve FAI, DCP, PFMEA, IGS, and Manufacturing Procedures
• Strong communication skills to effectively articulate with suppliers
• Ability to investigate nonconformances and CAPAs with suppliers
• Knowledge of Supply Chain, Operations, and Production
• Knowledge of any PLCM (OnePLM, Windchill, SAP)
• Knowledge of any Production Software (MES, EPS, Oracle, I‑Factory)
• Knowledge of Engineering Changes (ECR, ECN, CT)
