Job Overview:

The Senior Representative will be a highly proficient and quality‑focused producer of Pre‑Operative Plans. They will focus on individual production efforts to meet team and department production targets. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Responsibilities:

• Create cases using a proprietary case management system
• Review CT scans for conformity to Mako Surgical protocol
• Segment CT scans using specialized software to create 3D anatomical bone models for robotic surgery
• Create pre‑operative surgical plans using digital bone models for robotically assisted total hip and total knee replacements
• Review CT segmentations and surgical plans for accuracy of anatomical landmark selection, implant sizing, and positioning
• Upload completed pre‑plans to field‑based personnel
• Document all activities according to prescribed methods and procedures
• Follow work instructions exactly to deliver consistent output
• Demonstrate proficiency in English (speaking and reading)

Education:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years’ work experience, or equivalent education (Associate’s Degree or above)

Preferred (any of the following):

• Computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required; experience with SharePoint or Materialize MIMICS preferred; working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus
• Certification or related experience in Radiology (CT, X‑Ray, MRI)
• Certification in Nursing or a related field
• Completion of any college‑level coursework
• Demonstrated customer service orientation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently and handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
