Compensation Range: $20 per hour

Our top manufacturing client is seeking a Senior Representative who will be a highly proficient and quality‑focused producer of Pre‑Operative Plans. This role focuses on individual production output to meet team and department targets.

The Senior Representative will be responsible for:

• Creating cases using a proprietary case management system
• Reviewing CT scans for conformity to Mako Surgical protocol
• Segmenting CT scans using specialized software to create 3D anatomical bone models for robotic surgery
• Creating pre‑operative surgical plans using digital bone models for robotically assisted Total Hip and Total Knee Replacement
• Reviewing CT segmentations and surgical plans for accuracy of anatomical landmark selection, implant sizing, and positioning
• Uploading completed pre‑plans to field‑based personnel
• Documenting all activities according to prescribed methods and procedures
• Following work instructions exactly to ensure consistent output

1st Shift – Onsite

Education:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years’ work experience, or equivalent education (Associate’s Degree or above)

Preferred (any of the following):

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required; experience with SharePoint or Materialize MIMICS preferred
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus
• Certification or related experience in Radiology (CT, X‑Ray, MRI)
• Certification in Nursing or a related field
• Completion of any college‑level coursework
• Demonstrated customer service orientation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment

Pay rate: $20.00 per hour
