Our Fortune 500 client is seeking a Credit/Collections Officer III to support high‑volume credit, collections, and reconciliation activities. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently within established processes while identifying opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Execute transactional and operational processes to meet departmental deadlines and performance metrics
  • Research and analyze data to identify and resolve root causes of exceptions
  • Operate within established procedures and escalate issues when appropriate
  • Perform spreadsheet‑based financial analysis, including reconciliations and reserve analysis
  • Identify process issues or roadblocks with potential financial or operational impact
  • Leverage available resources to complete tasks efficiently
