Work Type: Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week

Compensation Range: $90-95 per hour

The position supports the Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain functions within a Class III Medical Device manufacturing environment. Will be working with Operations and Management Teams to effectively implement Engineering and Process changes to support project goals.

Job Description: 
  • Training for about 4 weeks. Should be comfortable by 6 weeks in role.
  • 30: knowing key stakeholders and decision makers for successful project planning and implementation
  • 60: should be comfortable communicating project status at a site-level PMO meeting
  • This role is more responding to efforts of other groups that may impact the same group of technical resources.
  • Navigate multiple stakeholders, product teams, and PMO groups to align with purchasing teams and engineering functions in support of project milestones and implementation timelines.
  • Assist in management of multiple engineering projects; prioritize tasks and assign team members to ensure that the team's overall resources are used effectively and that project deadlines are met. 
  • Evaluate and authorize changes that significantly impact the scope, budget, or timeline of a project. 
  • Lead engineering projects; monitor progress and performance against the project plan; identify and resolve operational problems and minimize delays. 
  • Manage ongoing relationships with external contractors so that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.

Requirements:
  • Requires a degree or equivalent and a minimum of 6 or more years’ experience.
  • The position supports the Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain functions within a Class III Medical Device manufacturing environment. 
  • Will be working with Operations and Management Teams to effectively implement Engineering and Process changes to support project goals.
    • Must have manufacturing experience within a regulated industry, experience operating under a quality system
  • This is a highly specialized individual contributor role that requires deep expertise from a professional / technical thought leader in their respective field or discipline. 
  • This position typically requires extensive experience in a specialized field and an advanced college degree or equivalent. 
  • The role requires expertise within a discipline in a specialized field. 
  • The job provides technical guidance and direction for his/ her area of specialization. 
  • The job requires good analytical skills as well as evaluative judgement based on the analysis of factual and qualitative information in complicated or novel situations. 
  • The complexity implied at this level of problem solving relates to the ability to filter, prioritize, analyze and validate potentially complex and dynamic material.
