Our Fortune 500 client is seeking multiple Senior Curriculum Architect. The Sales Excellence team is seeking a highly influential and innovative contractor as the Senior Curriculum Architect to lead the design and implementation of an internally-crafted unified sales methodology across diverse segments and business groups globally. 


As a pivotal team member, you will architect comprehensive enablement interventions that empower our sales teams to maximize their effectiveness at every stage of the sales cycle and achieve outstanding results. Success in this role demands exceptional organizational skills, the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, and a deep understanding of how to drive impactful change within a dynamic environment. 


You will collaborate with a team of talented instructional designers to bring the vision to life. 



Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Curriculum Design & Development: Lead the architectural design and development of a cohesive, multi-modal enablement curriculum that supports the adoption of a unified sales methodology. 
  • Integrate reinforcement assets and learning pathways to ensure sustained knowledge and skill application across various sales roles and experience levels. 
  • Tailor curriculum frameworks to align with the specific nuances of different sales motions (e.g., high-velocity, sell-through, high-value platform selling). 
  • Incorporate practical knowledge of leading sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, Value Selling, SPIN, Command of the Message) to create relevant and actionable content. 
  • Utilize enablement best practices and innovative approaches to create engaging and effective learning experiences for both sellers and sales leaders 
  • Cross-Functional Coordination & Change Management: Influence and build consensus among sales leaders and senior executives with diverse needs on the vision and benefits of the unified sales methodology. 
  • Develop clear and concise communication strategies to drive alignment and understanding across various cross-functional teams. 
  • Orchestrate the phased rollout of the new methodology across different regions and business units, ensuring a well-paced and manageable transition.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential roadblocks to ensure the successful adoption of the new sales methodology. 
  • Gather feedback on curriculum effectiveness and iterate on designs for continuous improvement. Performance 
  • Measurement & Impact Analysis: Define key metrics aligned with the "Value Chain" (productivity, conversation quality/quantity, pipeline health, and outcomes/revenue) to measure the impact of the new sales methodology. 
  • Establish mechanisms for collecting and analyzing data to evaluate the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and identify areas for continuous improvement. 
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress and impact of the methodology rollout. 
  • Contribute to initiatives that support sales quota attainment and career progression through effective enablement strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to architect and design comprehensive, multi-modal enablement curriculums aligned with strategic business objectives. 
  • Exceptional executive communication skills with a proven ability to influence senior leadership and gain buy-in for strategic initiatives. 
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing complex, multi-phased rollouts for large-scale initiatives and diverse audiences 
  • Deep practical understanding of various sales methodologies and experience in their application within a sales environment.
  • Direct sales experience, with a firsthand understanding of the seller's challenges and needs.
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Demonstrated experience in change management principles and best practices.
