 YOUR DAY IN THE LIFE 

Wilson is seeking Seasonal Tax Professionals to join our client for the upcoming tax season. If you have 2+ seasons of professional tax preparation experience, enjoy assisting people, and are excited about working on-site, this is your opportunity to make a difference! 

 YOU WILL: 

  • Provide exceptional customer support to assist clients in preparing their income tax returns. 
  • Deliver customer experience by applying your tax expertise and technical skills. 
  • Follow a structured approach using provided scripts to guide client interactions. 
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels. 
  • Meticulously document all interactions to maintain accurate records.    

REQUIREMENTS:    

  • 2+ years of professional experience preparing and filing individual (1040) tax returns using professional tax preparation software in a professional or retail setting. 
  • Strong technical proficiency with computer systems and professional tax software. 
  • TurboTax experience is highly preferred. 
  • Active PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number) is required. 
  • Ability to work onsite a minimum of 20 hours per week in one of the locations listed below. 
  • Ability to work a set schedule weekly.

  • W2 Employment: Starting at $33/hour, plus perks and performance incentives.

  • Equipment Provided: We’ll provide a laptop for the duration of employment.
