Our Fortune 500 client is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and Sales Support Specialist to join the Sales Operations & Innovations Team at Intuit. The ideal candidate will assist our sales team and customers in preparing for product activation, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer support. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a customer-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer activation and process orders accurately and efficiently. 
  • Engage with customers via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. 
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly. 
  • Prepare for customer activation with detailed investigation, clear action items, and concise summaries.
  • Manage a database of incoming orders; data entry is required. 
  • Follow compliance requirements to validate orders are placed as contracted. 
  • Assist in data cleanup projects and CRM account updates. 
  • Communicate with customers to assist with questions and resolve order errors. 
  • Provide order process enhancements recommendation and improve standard operating procedures and processes with learnings. 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support or a related role with customer engagement and resolution. 
  • Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Experience in order placement for direct customers. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. 
  • Exhibits extreme ownership within projects/programs or processes. 
  • Establishes trusted relationships within the working team. 
  • Able to quickly absorb and process information in new domains. Self-starter, takes initiative, and thrives in being bold. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a fine attention to detail
