Our Fortune 500 client is seeking a Sales Support Representative II.
Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and processing orders. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate with other departments to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence. Manage a database of incoming orders - data entry required. Follow compliance requirements for customer eligibility in payment programs.
Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support or a related role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive and customer-oriented approach.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree preferred - any field
