 Our Fortune 500 client is seeking multiple Sales Support Representatives II! 



Responsibilities

  •  Assist sales team in managing customer accounts and processing orders.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. 
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. 
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. 
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
  • Manage a database of incoming orders - data entry required 
  • Follow compliance requirements for customer eligibility into payment programs



Qualifications


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support or a related role. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Proactive and customer-oriented approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
