Our Fortune 500 client is seeking multiple Sales Support Representatives II!
Responsibilities
- Assist sales team in managing customer accounts and processing orders.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Manage a database of incoming orders - data entry required
- Follow compliance requirements for customer eligibility into payment programs
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and customer-oriented approach.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
