Our Fortune 500 client is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
The role is a key position within the Sales Operations team, working across multiple different disciplines, incuding Excel, Tableau, Salesforce and QlikSense. We need to simplify actions and prioritise the most important activities. This is a real "sleeves rolled up" role, working with the Sales team. Specifically, we will be focused on lead optimization, data assignment, issue resolution through Tier 1 escalations, performance reviews and data insight. The Sales Operations Analyst role provides an exciting opportunity to work within a fast paced Sales Operations organization. This is a key role in identifying and communicating sales growth opportunities from an existing and new database of customers.
We have a requirement to provide solutions in a collaborative environment working directly with an effective and highly motivated sales team across multiple locations worldwide. Simplifying solutions is the key to success in this position with a clear focus on increasing overall contact, conversion and growth rates. The data identified will form the target audience and sales pipeline as our business enters the final Quarter of our financial year.
