Our Fortune 500 client is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst.


Key Responsibilities

The role is a key position within the Sales Operations team, working across multiple different disciplines, incuding Excel, Tableau, Salesforce and QlikSense. We need to simplify actions and prioritise the most important activities. This is a real "sleeves rolled up" role, working with the Sales team. Specifically, we will be focused on lead optimization, data assignment, issue resolution through Tier 1 escalations, performance reviews and data insight. The Sales Operations Analyst role provides an exciting opportunity to work within a fast paced Sales Operations organization. This is a key role in identifying and communicating sales growth opportunities from an existing and new database of customers.

 

We have a requirement to provide solutions in a collaborative environment working directly with an effective and highly motivated sales team across multiple locations worldwide. Simplifying solutions is the key to success in this position with a clear focus on increasing overall contact, conversion and growth rates. The data identified will form the target audience and sales pipeline as our business enters the final Quarter of our financial year.


  • Work with multiple data sources to highlight key accounts for sales follow-up. 
  • Analyse business needs, provide data, supporting internal and external sales teams.
  • Assist in the maintenance of customer and master data, including account attributes. 
  • Participate actively in building and fostering a team approach across operational functions. 
  • Simplified data summaries for distribution, defining daily, weekly, and monthly follow-up on the pipeline 
  • Record daily allocation of accounts to the sales team, activity associated, and overall outcome of the support structure 
  • Measure success of the activity and its impact to base growth 
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills  
  • Proven ability to communicate to Senior Leaders  
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to consistently produce a high level of accuracy  
  • Affinity with sales processes, sales tools, and Salesforce.com  
  • Understands or can quickly grasp and communicate the relationship between processes and systems  
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and common sense  
  • Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing environments and initiatives
Required Skills:
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience using Excel, Tableau, Salesforce and QlikSense
  • Detail-oriented, fine with repetitive tasks, handling urgent needs and high volume of requests
  • Data analysis and review skills is a plus
  • Time zones:  PT, CT, and MST are highly preferred
