Our client MNC business software firm looking to hire a Sales Operations Analyst. 



You’ll own day‑to‑day operations, dispute research and resolutions, and program‑lifecycle processes primarily for large accounting firms that engage Mid‑Market through the lead‑pass motion for the Enterprise Suite. Secondarily, you’ll deliver the same end‑to‑end operational support—disputes, payments, onboarding, off‑boarding, and continuous improvement for the QuickBooks Solution Provider (QSP) channel. Your mission is to keep incentives accurate, partners productive, and audits painless as you scale these processes to each new firm that joins.

Skills:

2–4 years in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, Finance Ops, or a similar role overseeing incentive or compensation programs Proven experience researching and resolving complex payment or incentive disputes for external partners Exposure to channel operations or partner programs—ideally supporting accounting firms or other professional‑services organizations in a lead‑pass or referral motion Hands‑on proficiency with Salesforce (or comparable CRM) plus advanced Excel/Google Sheets and working SQL or BI‑tool skills (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.) Familiarity with Quickbase or similar low‑code workflow/databasing platforms. Strong process documentation and cross‑functional communication skills—able to translate finance, data, and partner needs into clear action items
