Our Fortune 500 client is seeking Sales Operations Analyst III.






As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the sales organization by developing and simplifying processes, analyzing sales pipeline performance, and providing insights through data reporting. This is a highly collaborative role that requires working closely with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a SaaS sales organization, strong skills in Salesforce technology, and a passion for process improvement. How you will contribute: Develop and simplify sales processes to ensure efficiency and consistency across the organization Analyze pipeline performance to identify trends and insights that can be used to improve sales velocity and identify gaps in the sales process Provide coaching and guidance on key sales components including sales forecasting or pipeline management Develop and maintain sales data analytics reporting for sales leadership and management Identify process improvement opportunities and work with cross-functional teams to implement repeatable solutions Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth Provide support to the sales team on new processes and tools Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization This role will be a key member of the sales operations team and will be instrumental in driving sales growth by developing and simplifying processes, analyzing pipeline performance, and identifying process improvement opportunities to improve sales velocity and quality. 

 

The basics of the role:
 

Must: Someone who has sales ops and Salesforce experience and can immediately jump in doing things like creating campaigns and email templates, updating users and other admin functions, building reports and dashboards, and troubleshooting reported issues.  Don't need an engineer or someone with tons of back end experience, just someone who can understands the platform and how to make the basic things work.
Must: Someone who can use dashboards and Salesforce reports to assemble slide decks on a regular basis.
Must: Someone who is a people person and can interact well with our sales leaders, as this person will need to serve as the front line agent for troubleshooting many issues and so will interact with the sales team frequently.
Nice to have (but definitely not critical or the core function needed): Someone with experience building in Tableau and/or similar dashboard tools, and someone with SQL experience.
 

 

Skills:
2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales analytics, or relevant experience required Strong experience with Salesforce technology, including the ability to create and manage reports and dashboards Experience developing and executing repeatable process improvements that simplify the sales process Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across the organization Experience providing reporting, data, and analytics to sales teams to drive insights and decision-making Ability to balance multiple competing priorities and explain concepts clearly and credibly across all levels of the organization Strong communication, process orientation, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills
