Compensation Range: $60–$67 per hour
Our Fortune 500 client is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist.
Responsibilities:
• Execution & Enhancement: Drive the effective rollout of existing enablement strategies and report enhancements to training details and tactics
• Tactical Support: Provide daily, hands‑on support to Concentrix trainers and leads
• Coaching: Engage managers, trainers, and agent teams to improve product knowledge and sales techniques
• Experiential Learning: Prioritize role‑playing and in‑person training; ensure daily opportunities for real‑time coaching or situational practice
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Service Design and Concierge Performance Teams to align enablement efforts with workflows, staffing models, and operational realities
Daily Operations & Activities
A typical day should focus on maintaining energy and reinforcing skills:
• Morning Briefs: Reiterate key priorities, communicate pricing/product updates, and build agent confidence
• Manager Coaching: Scheduled sessions covering product specs, sales tactics, and relationship management
• Collaborate with Performance Managers on “Minute Performance Moments”: quick‑win incentives to maintain engagement
• Training Module Ideas
• Competitive Intelligence: True/False drills comparing services vs. competitors
• Deep Dives: Real‑time pricing updates (e.g., “Full Service” specifics)
• Call Audits: Group reviews of recorded calls to critique and improve performance
• Active Role‑Play: Scenarios tailored to current agent needs or common hurdles
• Expected Location and Travel

Qualifications:
• 3–5+ years of experience in sales support or sales enablement, with strong exposure to sales and call center environments
• Proven ability to influence without authority and partner effectively across multiple functions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage frontline associates and leaders
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, seasonal business with shifting priorities
Preferred:
• Experience working with virtual or hybrid sales teams
• Experience supporting sales trainers, teams, and retail environments
• Familiarity with sales enablement tools or performance measurement frameworks
