Location: Open to Plano or Atlanta (needs to be able to travel to both locations on site up-to 50% of time)



Our Fortune 500 client is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist, Coaching Facilitator and Delivery Specialist for their corporate office.


 

Responsiblities:


  • Travel onsite frequently to various offices across different geographies and business units to deliver and facilitate coaching programs.
  • Observe sales teams, listen to sales calls, and align sales coaching plans with sales leaders.
  • Provide onsite coaching and training to sales coaches and sales teams based on sales coaching plans and the sales coaching enablement program.
  • Establish sales coaching accountabilities within the sales coaching enablement program to ensure coaches are driving consistent and measurable impact.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement and Sales Operations to build sales coaching impact reporting that tracks key metrics and demonstrates the effectiveness of coaching efforts.
  • Become internally train-the-trainer certified to facilitate internally built "Prosperity Value Cycle" methodology, empowering internal coaches and leaders to effectively facilitate the program
  • Train sales leaders on the effective use of sales tools and sales methodology to reinforce best practices and drive adoption
  • Assist with the certification process for managers and leaders undergoing coaching training, ensuring adherence to program standards
  • Support coaching calibration sessions for leaders and coaches, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in coaching practices.
  • Establish metrics and reporting measuring the effectiveness of the coaching certification program and its impact on seller outcomes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of coaching programs and methodologies based on delivery insights and participant feedback.


Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in coaching facilitation and program delivery, preferably within a large, matrixed organization.
  • Proven background in sales enablement, with significant experience in sales coaching and facilitating training programs for leaders and teams.
  • Experience with call reviews, coaching calibration, and certification processes for managers or leaders.
  • Leadership experience, having managed a team of direct reports
  • Strong understanding of sales and coaching methodology best practices, with the ability to articulate and apply them effectively.
  • Ability to adapt coaching and facilitation styles to meet the varied needs of different business units and audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach sellers and sales leaders that drives measurable results


Education:

Preferred: ICF accreditation Sales leadership experience
