Our Fortune 500 client is seeking a Risk Analyst III.

Responsibilities

  • Third-Party Risk Assessment & Lifecycle Management
  • Serve as an execution lead for third-party risk assessments and due diligence activities during onboarding and throughout the third-party lifecycle for assigned category portfolios.
  • Perform and lead third-party risk assessments, including analysis of inherent and residual risk levels associated with third-party engagements.
  • Conduct 3PRM reviews and determine when additional or enhanced due diligence is required based on risk posture and engagement scope.
  • Apply working knowledge of the end-to-end third-party lifecycle, including:

  • Planning and identification of business needs
  • Due diligence and risk assessments
  • Contracting and sourcing activities
  • Onboarding into Intuit environments
  • Ongoing monitoring of performance and risk
  • Offboarding and termination of third-party relationships



Qualifications


  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in third-party risk management, supplier risk, contract management, sourcing, risk management, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated understanding of third-party risk management principles and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Experience executing programs across multiple business units and coordinating work across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate risk concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a highly distributed, multi-location environment.
  • Preferred: Hands-on experience with third-party risk or GRC platforms such as Aravo, Coupa, or similar tools
  • Preferred: Experience with sourcing, procurement, or supplier management technologies.
  • Preferred: Prior experience supporting large-scale or enterprise-level risk programs.
  • Preferred: Dashboarding and Analytics experience.
