Our Fortune 500 client is seeking QA Financial Analyst III
Responsibltiies
- QA Analyst will be responsible for providing quality assurance for our Risk Operations department.
- Ideal team member will have previous experience reviewing and decisioning compliance/fraud/financial risk cases for a bank and or merchant services provider with a high level of accuracy.
- They should also have experience with QA'ing compliance/fraud/financial risk cases to determine if they were decisioned properly based on the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- QA Analyst will be responsible for summarizing feedback/trends/opportunities monthly and presenting them to leadership.
Monthly overview:
First week - pulling reports
2nd week - up to 50 reviews
3rd week - up to 50 reviews
4th week - up to 50 reviews
