Our leading global insurance client is looking for a Project Manager.
Mental Health Parity Analyst will work on various projects to support with project management activities, and vendor management, produce client deliverables, and ensure quality standards are met. Opportunity to enhance project management skills, and health and welfare business acumen by working on cutting-edge projects alongside leaders in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the project manager and main liaison to the consultant and local H&B teams on smaller clients, which includes the following:
- Creating project plans
- Monitoring progress to deadlines and budget
- Scheduling and managing status calls for active engagements
- Ensuring appropriate and effective communication among team members and the client
- Preparing the first as well as final drafts of deliverables for review by the consultant
- For group purchasing clients, provide daily support both directly to clients and in partnership with internal colleagues to resolve benefit related questions and issues; maintain and update materials related to client enrollment
- Build strong relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams
- Producing and reporting analyses based on client requirements
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of all deliverables
Qualifications
- Project management experience required
- 3+ years of working experience in data or project management (required)
- background in Human Capital and/or knowledge of health and welfare programs (preferred)
- Prior experience working with US-based consulting or health care firm (preferred)

- Strong communication skills to be able to interact inwards and outwards

- Strong critical thinking capabilities and the willingness to apply skills proactively
- Ability to manage multiple projects/assignments at the same time
- Possesses a desire to ask questions to deliver a better work product
- Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with a wide range of positions within the organization
- Team player with the ability to work in a group and independently
- They are responsible for handling about 25 projects at a time and the teams are about five team members in size
The indicated pay range for this position is a good-faith estimate based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Additionally, it is emphasized that the pay band mentioned herein is the one established by the client company. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work. Most candidates will start at the bottom half of the pay range, with the upper end reserved for candidates with extensive experience and skills and who live in geographic markets commanding a higher starting pay. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
