Our Fortune 500 client is seeking multiple Outbound Sales Consultant II.
Our organization is seeking an experienced Acquisition Support Contractor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing an inbound queue, lead passing, and calling out on acquisition customers that need to renew. The successful candidate will be required to provide exceptional customer service to clients and work closely with the acquisition teams. Responsibilities: Managing an inbound queue, lead passing, and calling out on retention customers Providing exceptional customer service to clients Collaborating with the retention and attach teams Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor when communicating with clients Following up with customers to ensure their needs are met and their questions are resolved Keeping detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system
