Our Fortune 500 client is seeking multiple Outbound Sales Consultant.
Shifts from 9-5:30pm ET with a one-hour flex in start and end time
Incentives: Monthly and Weekly
SDR type role
Responsibilities:
- Monitor inbound channels (phone & email) and proactively respond to leads
- Own initial discovery conversations with prospective customers
- Dissect and qualify prospects' business goals to determine if it can be a strategic investment for their business' growth
- Accurately capture customer information, including addresses and phone numbers, for future follow-up in our CRM
- Translate features into benefits for the customer
- Use pre-built formulaic solutions and recommendations based on customer goals and objectives, including recommending best billing plans
- Offer competitive insights as to why is, or is not, a good fit for each prospective customer’s needs
- Maintain up to date knowledge on the market and competitive landscape
- Explain our Terms of Use in plain language
- Meet /exceed defined productivity and quality metrics
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calling)
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Familiarity with Google Workspace
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working in International markets
- Bilingual highly preferred
