Our Fortune 500 client is seeking multiple Outbound Sales Consultants. 

Responsibilities
  • Managing an inbound queue, lead passing, and calling out on retention customers 
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients Collaborating with the retention and attach teams
  • Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor when communicating with clients 
  • Following up with customers to ensure their needs are met and their questions are resolved 
  • Keeping detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or sales support role 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills 
  • Experience with lead management, inbound call handling, and outbound calling
