Our Fortune 500 client is seeking multiple Outbound Sales Consultants.
Responsibilities
- Manage an inbound queue, lead passing, and calling out on retention customers
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients
- Collaborating with the retention and attach teams
- Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor when communicating with clients
- Following up with customers to ensure their needs are met and their questions are resolved
- Keeping detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or sales support role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with lead management, inbound call handling, and outbound calling
