- Fiscal Planning & System Transitions: Manage annual procurement submissions (AOP planning)
- Vendor & Approval Facilitation: Collaborate directly with Procurement and Paid Marketing stakeholders to finalize insertion orders (IOs), track media spend, and streamline approvals via Slack and procurement tools.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Resolve billing, invoice, and PO discrepancies between vendors, procurement, FP&A, and marketing teams.
- Creative Backlog & Campaign Operations
- Creative Backlog Management: Maintain and update creative backlogs, ensuring stakeholders meet objectives and timelines.
- Workflow Communication & Tracking: Facilitate bi-weekly creative backlog review calls and post-meeting follow-ups to increase collaboration and improve visibility into cross-team dependencies.
- Legal & Compliance Prioritization
- Priority Escalation & Notifications: Communicate weekly legal priority agendas and status updates to stakeholders to ensure legal review queues stay on track.
- Program Governance, Automation & Process Improvement
- Process Automation: Identify opportunities to automate repetitive operational tasks (e.g., scheduled Slack posts, Jira/Airtable integrations, AI summary agents).

- Hands-on experience with procurement platforms (Coupa or similar) and project/workflow tools (Airtable, Workfront, Jira, Slack or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable facilitating multi-departmental alignment calls with Legal, FP&A, Strategy, and Creative Ops
- Proactive approach to identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing AI-assisted or automated solutions.
- Experience tracking rapid changes for multiple projects across multiple teams
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field
