Our Fortune 500 client is seeking a Marketing Manager. 

Responsibilities:

• Manages the marketing activities and programs for the organization. 
• Develops and implements marketing plans to serve the business objectives. 
• Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment and coordinates market research projects. 
• Selects and manages ongoing relationships with different marketing vendors. 
• Oversees advertising, events and public relationships. 
• Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. 
• True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. 
• Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.

Qualifications:

• Social media core capabilities including in-depth platform knowledge, editorial calendar management, publishing, community engagement, and performance metrics tracking 
• Excellent program management skills. Ability to self-start, build relationships, work cross-functionally, navigate barriers, communicate, and influence in a highly matrixed, large organization. 
• Experience leading strategic end-to-end social media campaigns, working on integrated marketing programs, and effectively prioritizing work across multiple high-priority projects. 
• Strong analytical skills and experience making data-backed recommendations from internal and external sources. 
• Solid understanding of the social search landscape and how consumers are seeking out information and inspiration across social platforms including TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, and Reddit 
• Familiarity or experience working in the small business landscape is preferred.
