Position Summary
The Compensation Manager – Job Architecture is responsible for designing and maintaining job structures, developing pay ranges, conducting salary benchmarking, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and organizational standards. This role plays a key part in shaping job architecture frameworks that support the company’s strategic goals.
Scope of Responsibilities
- Lead the job architecture design project, streamlining titles, levels, and career paths
- Enhance data quality, governance, and reporting through HRIS and analytical tools
- Lead job‑leveling strategy using internal job descriptions, organizational hierarchy, external benchmarks, and business objectives
- Analyze market data to inform job architecture decisions
- Benchmark job roles against industry standards
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals
- Monitor industry trends to maintain equitable and competitive pay structures
- Prepare reports summarizing compensation and market data findings

Work Experience

- Experience designing compensation and job structures in Dayforce (Ceridian) preferred
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 4–6 years of experience in market data analysis and total rewards management
- 7–9 years of experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Licenses and Certifications
- CCP – Certified Compensation Professional (preferred)
