Salary Range: $23/hr to $25/hr + bonus
Our client in a multinational business software company is seeking a motivated, organized, and coachable Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our New Business Sales team. In this role, you will help accelerate growth in the mid-market segment by generating a qualified pipeline and creating meaningful first conversations with prospective customers.
BDRs use intent signals, campaign-based outreach, automation tools, and multi-channel tactics to identify opportunities and engage key decision-makers across marketing, ecommerce, lifecycle, data, and automation roles.
These roles are hybrid in the ATL location, with the expectation of being onsite 2-3 days each week.
Responsibilities
• Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting across email, phone (Connect & Sell and manual dialling), and social channels
• Work across multiple campaigns, including intent-based initiatives, winbacks, constant contact conversions, and inbound follow-up
• Leverage research, AI tools, and dynamic messaging to personalize outreach and engage prospects in meaningful conversations
• Analyze title, engagement signals, and ICP fit to determine prioritization and calling strategy
• Use intent sequences, targeted call sequences (CCP), and email workflows to drive consistent follow-ups
• Identify and understand prospects’ marketing challenges across email, automation, customer data, lifecycle, ecommerce, lean-team workflows, and multichannel attribution
• Qualify prospects using clear criteria and guide them toward next steps with our Account Executives
• Maintain clean data hygiene and detailed call notes in Salesforce and Outreach
• Hit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and SQL targets
• Continuously refine messaging, tone, objection handling, and call approach through coaching and feedback
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to learn quickly and apply feedback
• Prior experience in sales or outbound prospecting
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Comfort working with multiple tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Connect & Sell, ZoomInfo)
• Resilience and ability to stay motivated in a fast-paced environment
• Curiosity and willingness to understand customers’ marketing workflows
• Background in B2B sales, marketing technology, or SaaS
• Experience handling high-volume call motions
• Familiarity with AI-assisted messaging and research tools
• Understanding of email marketing, automation, or CRM systems
