Our Fortune 500 client is seeking multiple Business Development Representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Managing an inbound queue, lead passing, and calling out on retention customers Providing exceptional customer service to clients
- Collaborating with the retention and attach teams
- Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor when communicating with clients
- Following up with customers to ensure their needs are met and their questions are resolved
- Keeping detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system
hybrid: 3 days onsite each week - TUE/WED/THU are anchor days
Work schedule: 8am-5pm - one hour lunch
