Our Fortune 500 client is seeking a Accounting/Finance Manager I.



This position will be responsible for the day-to-day management of 3 Accountants who perform operations around domestic/global electronic payments; including resolution of issues associated with this process, daily validation of activity between the Billing Systems, Payment Processors, Banks and GL. Management of exceptions; Chargeback and Payment Failures and monthly reconciliation of the Clearing Accounts to the General Ledger. Other duties would include FLUX, Journal Entries and Audit Request.



Responsibilities


  • 3-5 years related work experience – finance, analytics, or related field Expert Excel or Google Sheet data modeling and analysis skills 
  • Experience with Alteryx or other data preparation tools (Flux)
  • Fluency in working with large data sets Experience with Blackline a plus 
  • Experience with Oracle GL a plus 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Curious, analytical thinking style with a love of solving problems 
  • Passion for creating intuitive data visualizations 
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from data and trends 
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate within a team environment 
  • Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships 


Education


  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field
