We’re partnering with a high‑growth, global organization that’s expanding its technology teams and needs an experienced IT Recruiter who can jump in quickly and make an immediate impact.
This is a hands-on, full‑cycle role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to balance speed, quality, and candidate experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Manage 20+ IT requisitions end-to-end
• Recruit primarily for Developers and technical roles
• Lead intake calls and partner closely with hiring managers
• Provide market insight and act as a true talent advisor
• Source, screen, interview, and close candidates
• Partner with and manage external agencies
• Maintain accurate hiring data in Oracle Fusion ATS
What We’re Looking For
• 5–7 years of Talent Acquisition experience
• Background in both agency and in-house recruitment
• Strong IT / Developer recruitment expertise
• Comfortable in high-volume, high-pressure environments
• Confident communicator who can influence and advise leaders
• Able to hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up
Compensation
Salary Range: CAD $70,000 - $90,000
