Our client, an industry-leading energy organization responsible for ensuring a reliable power supply to meet the province's energy demands, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide top-notch administrative support to our Vice President of Corporate Relations, Stakeholder Engagement, and innovation.

The position is responsible for managing executive communications, coordinating meetings, supervising administrative staff, and ensuring seamless operations within the business unit.



Responsibilities:


  • Managing confidential communications and records
  • Coordinating senior management meetings and agendas
  • Preparing various confidential documents and reports
  • Organizing travel arrangements and appointments
  • Liaising with external stakeholders and facility providers
  • Assisting with budget administration and financial management
  • Coordinating office space requirements
  • Implementing administrative procedures and providing support across organizational units.

Qualifications:


  • Post-secondary education in business, computers, or office management
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 6+ years of office experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to prioritize tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Diplomatic approach to exchanging information and ideas
  • Commitment to customer service values
