Role: CC QE Developer

Job Type: 6-month contract
Pay Rate: $45–$53 per hour
Our top consultancy client is seeking a CC QE Developer to support a high-impact financial domain project. This role focuses on Selenium automation, API testing, and quality engineering within a Contact Centre technology environment. Excellent opportunity to work on an enterprise-level initiative in a fast-paced Agile setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Selenium automation frameworks using Java
- Create and execute automated test scripts for UI, functional, and regression testing
- Perform API testing using Postman, including REST API validation
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA leads to understand requirements and ensure complete test coverage
- Work with Contact Centre tools and technologies, including Agent Desktop, IVR, and routing platforms
- Support automation testing for tools such as Cisco Jabber, Chatbots, and Cyara (training can be provided if needed)
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to cross-team collaboration
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Selenium automation framework development using Java (mandatory)
- 6–8 years of overall QA/Automation experience
- Work with Contact Centre tools and technologies, including Agent Desktop, IVR, and routing platforms such as Cisco Jabber, Chatbots, and Cyara. (Training/grooming can be provided.)
- Experience with API testing using Postman
- Familiarity with version control and collaboration tools such as Bitbucket/Git
- Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, and JTMF
- Strong understanding of automation testing best practices and framework design
