On-Site Agent Sales Manager

Position Type: Permanent

Work Location: Tampa, Florida

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm

Pay: Salary plus bonus and commission

WilsonHCG has partnered with a national leader in developing, marketing, distributing, and administering life and health insurance, annuities, and retirement planning solutions to enhance the lives of pre-retirees and retirees.

The Agent Sales Manager contracts agents/agencies throughout the United States to broker and sell Carrier products and services while facilitating a long-standing relationship with the organizations and/or agents. The candidate selected to join the team must be a self-starter, motivated to reach or surpass sales goals, and passionate about cultivating and maintaining professional relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Call and/or make email contact with credible agents and agencies throughout the United States that broker Senior Health Insurance Products.
• Effectively communicate to these parties the Carriers and products of key focus to our organization.
• Educate these individuals and organizations on the value of our products and services; and engage them as representatives as such.
• Procure signed contracting from these organizations and/or agents establishing a financial relationship with a commitment to selling our products.
• Ensure support with necessary certification or product orders as needed to facilitate sales. Maintain contact and develop the relationship to facilitate more production.
• Adhere to weekly call and contracting goals and be accountable for such.
• Continuously works to increase skills, abilities, and product knowledge. Be affluent in understanding the Senior Health Insurance Industry.
• Ability to learn and understand multiple Carrier differences and advantages.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Medicare knowledge
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
