Notre client est spécialisé dans la conception, la fabrication et l'installation de portes et fenêtres haut de gamme. Il s'agit d'un poste permanent à temps plein.

Le rôle consiste à s'occuper des tâches quotidiennes liées aux ressources humaines, à gérer les politiques de ressources humaines et à superviser la gestion du personnel.

We are seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Manager for our client located in Ville Saint-Laurent Area. Our client is in the design, manufacturing, and installation of high-end doors and windows. This is a permanent full time opportunity.
The role involves handling day-to-day human resources tasks, managing HR policies, and overseeing personnel management.
• Act as the first point of contact to address employee needs.
• Ensure clear and consistent internal communications through writing various communications and creating or updating internal documents.
• Assist in drafting various HR documents such as employment contracts, salary addenda, notice letters, communication forms, regulations, and policies.
• Provide advice on HR policies and procedures, laws and standards, labor relations, and best management practices.
• Advise managers.
• Conduct interviews for recruiting new employees.
• Organize training sessions for employees.
• Foster healthy work relationships to optimize resources.
• Implement adequate and ongoing training programs to recognize and develop employee skills.
• Develop performance evaluation methods aligned with company expectations.
• Manage and resolve workplace conflicts, including disciplinary cases and litigation records.
• Support the entire recruitment cycle and make recommendations based on needs.
Qualifications
• Experience in Human Resources (HR) management & hiring, including HR policies and personnel management.
• Minimum of three years of experience as a human resources generalist.
• Professionalism, tact, discretion, attention to detail,and excellent analytical skills.
• Knowledge of federal labor standards is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in both French and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong organizational and file management skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Member of the Order of Certified Human Resources Professionals and Industrial Relations.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
