Job Title: Credit/Collections Officer III

Duties:

• Execute transactional/operational processes that meet the department deadlines and metrics
• Researches and analyzes data to identify and address root cause of exceptions
• Operates within established procedures and escalates issues when appropriate
• Performs spreadsheet analysis (e.g. financial reconciliations, reserve analysis, etc.)
• Identifies process issues or roadblocks that could have financial and operational implications
• Effectively leverages resources to perform job duties efficiently.

Locations: SDG only - hybrid onsite schedule (TUE/WED)

• Experience with credit, collections and account reconciliation. Primary customers/accounts include financial institutions; advertising contracts; revenue share and royalty contracts; various Intuit partner agreements
• Strong Excel skills, experience with pivot tables and v-lookups
• Critical and Analytical thinking with proven problem solving skills

Education:      

High school Diploma or G.E.D; BS degree desirable
