Human Resources Manager / Business Partner

The main purpose of the job:

Align the people and culture (P&C) strategies with the organization's goals, translating them into actionable initiatives at the local level. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives manage internal communications, and drive learning and development programs to foster employee growth and support organizational success.

Responsibilities include talent acquisition & career development, performance management, reward management & HR analytics, company processes & policies and HR projects.

The HR Manager advises management on all people-related matters and oversees all day-to-day P&C operational activities.


Management for all P&C activities including but not limited to employment, reward & analytics, performance management, implementation of company policies/procedures.

Strategic support to the business: align people to the business strategy and secure implementation of P&C policies in line with business strategy.

Talent acquisition:

  • Hiring process; manage the set-up of the hiring process (administration, contacts with external hiring partners, internal selection process, internal career developments, etc….), actively participate in the interview process, evaluate applicants’ skills and make recommendations regarding the applicant's profile, qualifications and suitability to the company’s culture as well as to the position.
  • Participate in the final hiring decision. Develop and maintain relationships with employment agencies, universities, and other talent sources.
  • Ensure efficient hiring processes, while promoting equity and inclusion.

Reward & Analytics:

  • Implementation of the global reward strategy and policies, fostering internal equity and fairness; align with local market practices and tendencies to attract and maintain the vital talents for company’s success.
  • Follow-up of annual salary review and promotions
  • Update grading system and salary structure

Talent management/development:

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies, prioritizing employee development and fostering a development and feedback culture.
  • Support management level team members in the development of their leadership skills.
  • Assist senior leadership in identifying/developing future leaders in the organization.
  • Ensure performance appraisal processes are fair, transparent, and unbiased.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for all employees.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.

HRIS management tools: Ensure accurate updating of all employee related data. Recommend, develop, and maintain databases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems.

Global Role: serve as the contact person and assume a proactive networking role with the Global P&C Department and other P&C Managers within the Group.
