Lead the North American Finance and IT organization
Assist company President in the due diligence process and integration of add-on acquisitions
Serve as a senior leader within the North American organization and as a trusted business partner for other functional leaders within the business
Serve as key member of the North American senior leadership team. Assist with creating/implementing the overall vision for the region
Develop and implement best practices and tools to ensure a well-controlled yet flexible organization that has strong fiscal management, project coordination, cross-functional communications, and workflows
Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
Assess and evaluate financial performance of the organization with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts; ensure a comprehensive approach to risk assessment and play an integral role in supporting any legal matters related to the organization
Play key leadership role in supporting the due diligence process for current and future acquisition targets
Assist in leading the post-acquisition integration processes for newly acquired businesses
Serve as project leader for related company ERP and CRM system migrations/implementations
Ensure excellence/accuracy in financial reporting, forecasting and cash management; drive the budget process for the various entities in North America ensuring a consistent methodology
Compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
Serve as the key interface with external auditors, banking partners, tax authorities and other regulatory bodies
Implement a robust system of internal controls in compliance with company policies across all business units within North America
Partner with leadership team to create and ensure clear visibility to financial/operational KPIs that will drive the business
Support Sales team with reviewing and ensuring compliance on large tenders; drive the contract negotiation process
Develop collaborative working relationships with key counterparts across the company (ie. Company Executive Team, Finance leaders and peers, leadership at company owned factories)
Provide strong mentoring to further develop career paths of existing Finance team members; provide stretch assignments and opportunities to gain exposure to new challenges
Frequent travel will be required within the US and Canada to the various North American business sites (up to 40%); periodic international travel will be necessary for global finance meetings, training and development, etc.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA and/or MBA is a plus
8+ years of finance leadership experience with a proven track record in fast paced business that has achieved both organic growth and growth through acquisition
Past hands-on experience playing an integral role in M&A integrations
Recent experience leading ERP system implementations/migrations
Experience leading multi-site teams and working in a hybrid environment (office/remote)
