Job Overview

Under general supervision, this role assembles components—including sub‑assemblies, manual parts, electrical components, and related materials—to support the completion of a variety of products. The position follows safety, quality, and production standards and uses directions and blueprints to meet product specifications.

Essential Duties & Preferred Education

• High school diploma or GED

Qualifications & Experience

• Ability to meet scheduled work hours and overtime requirements, including weekends
• Ability to read and understand procedures, safety sheets, instructions, and policies in English
• Ability to follow verbal instructions and communicate effectively in English
• Commitment to safety practices, including good housekeeping and ergonomic awareness
• Ability to follow workplace organization and training procedures, including cross‑training and teamwork
• Stamina for repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to speak up regarding safety or quality concerns
• Ability to learn new processes, systems, and equipment
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work in a diverse environment, collaborate across functions, and support conflict resolution
• Motivation to grow, learn, and progress to higher skill levels, including cross‑training

Physical & Cognitive Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry 10–50 lbs frequently; may rarely lift 50–75 lbs
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, sit, stand, and/or crawl for extended periods
• Ability to reach, push, or pull as needed to complete job tasks
• Hand‑grasp ability required
• Coordination of hands, eyes, and/or feet required
• Ability to meet cognitive demands necessary for safe and accurate task performance
