Compensation Range: $43(T4) / $55(INC) per hour

 

Our client leading in financial services client is seeking a Training and Engagement Consultant.


Responsibilities:

Event Coordination:
  • Support the Sr. Manager to plan, organize, and execute roadshows, workshops, and AMA sessions to promote Microsoft Viva Engage, prioritizing interactivity to enhance participant engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across a wide cross-section of lines-of-business to identify training needs and tailor content accordingly.
  • Gather feedback from participants to assess the effectiveness of training sessions and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and report on the success of sessions.
Training and Support:
  • Develop resources to facilitate understanding and usage of Microsoft Viva Engage.
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to employees during training sessions and workshops, and other types of planned and ad-hoc sessions.
Communication:
  • Support efforts during a busy six-month period to engage early-access participants in a growing pilot environment.
  • Support team to respond to questions and concerns regarding the new platform.
Subject Matter Expertise:
  • Serve as an additional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Microsoft Viva Engage, providing insights and guidance to teams and individuals.
  • Take ad-hoc meetings and consultations to address specific needs and challenges related to the platform.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in training, event coordination, or change management, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of principles and purpose of internal / employee communications, employee experience, or similar areas.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Viva Engage and familiar with enterprise social media networks and employee communication technology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design. Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a bonus.

Most candidates will start at the bottom half of the pay range, with the upper end reserved for candidates with extensive experience and skills and who live in geographic markets commanding a higher starting pay.
