Our leading financial client is seeking a Risk Management Consultant for the team


Responsibilities      

• Advisory Support and Independent Challenge - Collaborate with partners in your assigned business and subject matter experts (SMEs) across the 1st line of defense (1LOD) and the 2LOD to ensure operational risk is appropriately identified/assessed, monitored/measured, and mitigated. Be able to demonstrate the qualities of being a pragmatic and solutions-oriented individual.

• Building Partnerships - Build effective working relationships with partners in your assigned business as well as SMEs in both the 1LOD and 2LOD. 

• Being Proactive – Identify opportunities to make processes more efficient and take the time to see them through to fruition.



Qualification
  •  2+ years' Risk Management experience
Nice to Have: 

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office suite 
• Canadian Banking Experience • Working knowledge of AI tools Soft Skills: 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
