Work Type: Hybrid — Tuesdays and Thursdays mandatory onsite; typically 1–3 days in office per week, plus the fourth Friday of each month
Contract: 12 months (potential extension)

Compensation: $40/hr (T4) – $53/hr (INC)
Our financial services client is seeking a Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will support the planning, development, and execution of marketing communications and campaigns. Working closely with talented teammates across the business, you’ll help turn bold ideas into real results. You’ll contribute to integrated marketing initiatives, see your work come to life, and help shape how the brand connects with clients. Responsibilities
- Assist in executing the annual marketing plan by supporting campaign development and coordinating communications
- Support creative work by organizing campaign materials, championing bold ideas, and assisting in campaign launches
- Analyze data and insights to help the team better understand clients and identify opportunities
- Coordinate marketing efforts across diverse channels and content to reach new clients and highlight what makes the brand unique
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, and authentic
- Assist with budget tracking and collaborate with business teams to maximize campaign impact and monitor progress toward objectives
- Collect and organize performance data to uncover insights and support campaign optimization
- Contribute to a positive team culture by taking ownership of tasks, seeking feedback, and supporting colleagues
- Champion operational excellence by supporting process improvements and maintaining high standards in campaign execution
- Work seamlessly with cross‑functional teams, partners, and agencies to drive the business forward
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to showcase the impact of marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of marketing experience with a passion for learning and contributing to impactful campaigns
- Experience in the creative marketing space, including creative strategy, brief writing, and reviewing creative work
- Exposure to paid media and familiarity with key channels such as YouTube, Google, Meta/Facebook, and TikTok
- Eager to learn, collaborative, and motivated to grow
- Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams (creative, media, operations, legal, finance) and helping remove barriers to deliver strong marketing ideas
Nice to Have
- French language skills
- Understanding of the Quebec market
- Experience working in a media or creative agency
