As an Intranet Specialist, you will be a vital member of the Corporate Intranet team, responsible for updates and enhancements, our corporate intranet site, and for sharing news through Workplace, our social intranet platform. You will be accountable for publishing pages, documents, and images to the intranet, which includes receiving, preparing, and reviewing content changes while applying established standards to all intranet materials. Additionally, you will assess requests for compliance and proactively identify potential compliance issues under the intranet governance model. 

• Publish Content - Work closely with other members of the Intranet team, business partners, and communication specialists to prepare and publish intranet content. Receive, analyze, and prepare content change requests for the Intranet, as well as migrate content between publishing systems. Build and edit web pages and upload documents for the Intranet using Microsoft SharePoint and other tools. Ensure that urgent news messages and escalations are managed in a timely manner.
• Production Graphics - Create engaging graphics for the Intranet and ensuring that all brand standards are consistently met.
• Quality Assurance and Auditing - Ensure design standards, editorial guidelines, and the translation policy are all applied to intranet content. Review your own work for quality assurance prior to business partner review or publishing content. Log changes in a change request tracking system to catalog content change requests for audit purposes.

• SharePoint experience – 2 years
• Technical background
• Good Business acumen
• Knowledge of some of the following: HTML, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and/or Dreamweaver
• Experience with the banking/financial industry
• C++ experience
