Associate Digital Experience (ADE) IT Technician

Contract: 12 months
Location: Mississauga, ON
About the Role
The Associate Digital Experience (ADE) IT Technician provides day‑to‑day technical support for endpoint infrastructure and digital solutions used across Canadian stores, distribution centres, and home offices. This role includes configuration, testing, implementation, and management of a wide range of endpoint devices, ensuring reliable performance and a seamless user experience.
Supported devices include (but are not limited to):
- Laser printers
- Windows PCs, peripherals, and accessories
- Apple desktops, laptops, and phones
- Android phones
- Multi‑vendor mobile devices, handhelds, and printers
- Meeting room equipment (display panels, cameras, speakers, microphones, TVs)
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily reviews of device and system status; provide updates to the team on hardware uptime
- Review endpoint support tickets and coordinate resolutions between OEM support teams and L1/L2 Helpdesk
- Monitor the environment, identify trends, and report findings
- Handle ad‑hoc endpoint requests, including testing, installation, and troubleshooting
- Manage and support ServiceNow tickets assigned to the endpoint team
- Create and maintain solution and technical documentation
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role supporting endpoint infrastructure and digital workplace solutions
- Experience with audio/video hardware, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams
