Our client is seeking a "Human Resources Coordinator".


Reporting to the Director, HR Business Partnerships, the incumbent will focus primarily on supporting the HRBPs with administrative, tactical, and operational work.



Responsibilities:


  • Processing employee changes, drafting and following up on employee change letters, and creating templates and mail merges for letter creation
  • Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding tasks
  • Pulling reports and summarizing employee data into insightful dashboards for the business units
  • Consolidating and streamlining headcount reports 
  • Summarizing employee relations documentation and reports
  • Following up with business leaders for information
  • Creating PPT presentations for the HRBPs



Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an administrator or coordinator in an HR department
  • Excellent prioritization and organization skills with the ability to thrive in complexity and bring clarity to chaos
  • Strong communicator across all formats - clear, concise, thoughtful 
  • A forward-thinker who anticipates needs and plans several steps ahead
  • Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented; takes initiative and find ways to continuously improve how things get done
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, driven by purpose, and motivated to have a meaningful impact
  • Experienced with Microsoft 365 including intermediate level Excel and PowerPoint skills. Ability and interest to adapt to new tools.
  • Skilled ability to influence and foster an aligned, collaborative, high-energy environment, and work in partnership with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication capabilities and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable challenging the status quo with the ability to look at ‘problems’ from various perspectives to find an optimal path forward
  • Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive employee information to ensure compliance with privacy legislation and build trust
