They are is seeking a " Manager, Lifecycle Content".
The position is responsible for leading a high-performing team, shaping how Canadians engage with their wealth through compelling, data-informed content strategies. This role is responsible for delivering content that supports every stage of the financial journey—across organic awareness, acquisition, and retention—for several emerging business lines.
You’ll oversee content strategies across digital platforms and investor touchpoints to support onboarding, engagement, and long-term client success.
We're looking for someone who has built content strategies across the customer journey — from acquisition through to retention — and can lead a growing team.
A strong background in retail wealth management, FinTech, or direct investing is essential.
You should be confident presenting to executives, able to contextualize marketing impact with clear storytelling and data, and ideally exploring AI content tools in your current role.
This is a high-visibility role within a fast-paced, flat organization. You’ll lead a team of 5-6 and shape a content franchise that drives real client engagement across channels.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute full-funnel content strategies that support acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing investor engagement.
Create customer-centric content across video, email, web, and in-product channels.
Define and analyze content performance metrics to measure impact and optimize future campaigns.
Build and lead a collaborative, high-performing content team.
Ensure all published content is compliant and up to date.
Execute against the annual business plan and allocated budget.
Review and approve all team-generated marketing and communications for quality and compliance.
Manage relationships with external vendors as required.
In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry, especially wealth management and personal finance.
Strong understanding of digital content platforms and UX writing across web, mobile, email, and SMS.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into insights and secure executive buy-in.
High attention to detail and a strong understanding of regulatory/compliance standards.
Ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, compliance, and sales teams.
Strong leadership experience with a focus on team development and performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in marketing or communications, including 3+ years managing a high-performing team.
Experience in asset management or a similar financial services environment is required.
