Our leading financial client is seeking a Change Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process and Change Management Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in reviewing and assessing existing processes to reflect the impacts of the Visa Debit Modernization Project. The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating change management activities with frontline and back-office teams, supporting the creation of operations journeys, and assisting in the communication plan as part of the Visa Modernization Project.


Responsibilities:

  • Review and Assess Back Office Processes:
  • Evaluate existing processes to identify and document the impacts of the Visa Debit Modernization Project.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Change Management Coordination:
  • Assess and coordinate all change management activities with frontline teams to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Work with various stakeholders to develop and execute change management plans, including training and support materials.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of change management initiatives.
  • Operations Journey Support:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the creation of detailed operations journeys.
  • Identify potential operational challenges and develop strategies to address them.
  • Ensure alignment of operations journeys with overall project objectives. Communication Plan Assistance:
  • Assist in the development and execution of a comprehensive communication plan for the Visa Modernization Project.
  • Create and distribute communication materials to stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.
  • Gather feedback and adjust communication strategies as needed.


Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in back-office operations, process improvement, and change management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field. Experience in the financial services industry, particularly with Visa debit products, is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
