 Our client, in the payroll industry,is seeking a "  Bilingual Accreditation Coordinator".


The position is responsible for coordinating and administering Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP), Payroll Leader Professional (PLP), and Professionnel de la paie du Québec (PPQ) designation courses across academic institutions or delivery streams, ensuring compliance with academic standards, policies, and procedures. The position also provides support to prospective and registered students.

Responsibilities:

Student Support (40%)

Respond to inquiries via phone and email about designation info, course delivery, registration, and benefits.

Relationship Management (15%)

  • Liaise with academic affiliates and external stakeholders.
  • Assign courses to instructors and process invoices.
  • Support enrolment strategies (e-blasts, info sessions, website updates).
  • Ensure instructor qualifications and maintain strong affiliate relationships.
  • Represent the organization at events and conferences.
Program Coordination (35%)
  • Manage all aspects of course delivery, including class setup, registration, materials, access to platforms, student issues, and financial reconciliation.
  • Contribute to budgeting based on registration forecasts.
  • Run error reports and maintain data integrity.
  • Test platform and website updates.
Projects (10%)
  • Support process improvements and system implementations (e.g., LMS).

Qualifications:

College diploma required.

Fully bilingual (English and French)

Knowledge of the Quebec education system and culture.

3+ years in a customer service role.

Experience with post-secondary institutions an asset.
