Our multinational manufacturing & distribution company is looking for a Supply Chain Management Specialist.
Reporting to the Air Cooled Platform New Product Development Leader, the position will be responsible for sourcing and procurement activities to support new product development and launch. Performing both tactical and strategic sourcing tasks, the position will integrate with global and regional category sourcing teams to ensure category strategies are aligned with platform design. The sourcing specialist will project manage all aspects of the sourcing and procurement process to ensure a smooth transition of activity to the factory Purchasing and Materials teams. The position shall also develop and maintain excellent supplier relationships, develop existing and new sources, and develop inventory and logistics strategies to continuously improve supply chain resiliency. This position will have a particular focus on data center development programs.
