WilsonCTS seeks a Training Admin for a Luxury Motor Vehicle Manufacturing Client. It's a hybrid role (4 days Onsite), working out of the Mississauga Branch.


Schedule: Monday to Friday

 


Responsibilities    


  • Responsible to run all reporting from the Learning Management System to track the training requirements for our dealer network including the quarterly Variable Margin Program targets (VMP). 
  • Source and coordinate Training Venues, Catering, and additional items (vehicles, materials, etc.) for our training sessions as needed. Also generate Vendor Approvals, Purchase Orders, Payment of Vendors, and tracking of Training Expenses.
  • Responsible for dealer communication and marketing of all upcoming retail & technical training courses. Including Global Training Learning System (GTLS) marketing & direct communication with the participants regarding course notifications & information.
  • Assist the training team to ensure that we consistently deliver an exceptional experience to our learners during all interactions (instructor-led, distance learning, eLearning, training materials, communications, etc.).Back up and support the Training Admin for all tasks.
  • Reporting also includes identifying enrollment opportunities and analysis of gaps at individual dealer. Working with the Regional Office and the dealers directly to maximize capacity.


    Candidate Requirements


    • Post-Secondary University or College Degree or equivalent work experience. 
    • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
    • General knowledge of the Automotive Supply change.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers – Bilingual preferred.
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
    • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
