Our client, a multinational information technology company, is hiring for a Scrum Master


Responsibilities:


  • Facilitate Scrum Events: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Remove Impediments: Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder the teams progress.
  • Coach the Team: Guide the team on Scrum practices and principles, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  • Project Manager: Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and ensure financial resources are used efficiently.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, progress, and any issues.


Qualifications:


  • SQL Knowledge: Ability to write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
  • Agile and Scrum Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
  • Project Management Tools: Proficiency in tools like Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills to address project challenges and team issues.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Technical Acumen: Understanding of software development processes and technologies
