Our multinational retail client is looking for a Manager, User Support and Training



Qualification:

  • 3-5 years of Change mgmt. experience
  • Well-spoken and comfortable training and facilitating large sessions 
  • Plan and contribute to the execution of change management and detailed change, training and communication plans for the initiative and ensure deliverables are executed on time and on point.
  • Facilitate working and training sessions including capturing discussions and insights and generating FAQ support documents.
  • Gathers project updates regularly and advises key stakeholders and Change Managers of project status, risk, etc. Designs and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Execute OCM tactics across the projects by assisting with drafting memos and preparing materials and presentations.
  • Partners with the business to ensure integration and cross-functional collaboration, as required.
  • Conduct change analysis and change impact assessments
  • Co-create current state and future state gap analysis to assess changes, behaviors, and impacts
  • Assess and support the readiness/adoption activities for the new ways of working. Measure the effectiveness and provide insights into the intended change
  • Drive continuous improvements to the quality and efficiency of the change management process & tools



The indicated pay range for this position is a good-faith estimate based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Additionally, it is emphasized that the pay band mentioned herein is the one established by the client company. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work. Most candidates will start at the bottom half of the pay range, with the upper end reserved for candidates with extensive experience and skills and who live in geographic markets commanding a higher starting pay. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
